We would like to inform you about an upcoming change to one of our payment methods, cryptocurrency payments.
Until now, cryptact has supported cryptocurrency payments through BitPay.
However, due to the termination of BitPay’s services for the Japanese market, cryptocurrency payments will no longer be available from December 2025 onward.
As a result, cryptact has discontinued cryptocurrency payments from both Japan and overseas.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
At present, we are considering alternative payment options. In the meantime, the available payment methods will be credit card and bank transfer only.
We will share further updates on this matter as soon as new information becomes available.
