We are pleased to announce that cryptact has added profit and loss calculation support for Unichain and Sonic. In addition to Cosmos-based Sei supported since July this year, we now also support profit and loss calculation on EVM-based Sei.

Unichain, developed primarily by Uniswap Labs as an Ethereum Layer 2 network, launched in February 2025. Shortly after launch, its TVL (Total Value Locked) surpassed $486M1.
Sonic, rebranded from Fantom in 2024, currently has a TVL of $378M, which is 14.9 times higher than in January 20252.
Sei is transitioning from Cosmos to an EVM architecture starting in June 2025, and its TVL is currently $555M, which is 2.6 times higher than in January 20253.

For DeFi transactions covered by cryptact’s DeFi dictionary, users can simply sync their wallet address to automatically retrieve their deposit and withdrawal history, after which the system identifies the transaction types and completes the tax-related profit and loss calculations.

For more details about DeFi features, please refer to our help page.

Going forward, cryptact will continue to expand support for the latest blockchains and scalability solutions to offer smooth profit and loss calculations.
