Support for RLUSD and JPYSC as Electronic Payment Methods

• RLUSD and JPYSC are now recognized as electronic payment methods and calculated

File Additional Support/Improvements: Coincheck, KuCoin

• Coincheck: Fixed an issue in the Industry standard format file where the fee was double-counted on BUY rows whose unit price already included the fee
• KuCoin: Supported records where the "Payment Account" field is set to "BOTH" in the KuCoin/Convert History file

DeFi: New Address Labels (Address Book)

• Added an address book that lets you assign labels to blockchain addresses; labels are shown on the DeFi Transactions page and in the transaction detail view.
