We are pleased to announce the launch of an auto-renewal discount as a special benefit for customers who continue to use cryptact over the long term.
This benefit applies to customers who use our service for more than one year. The count of consecutive years toward the discount began on September 9, 2024, at 9:00 AM (JST). Starting September 9, 2025, eligible customers will have the discount automatically applied upon renewal.
When you continue your paid cryptact plan through auto-renewal, the Auto-renewal discount will be applied. The discount rate varies depending on the length of continuous service, with a maximum discount of 20%. By choosing automatic renewal, you can enjoy our service at a better value, so we encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity.
[Start Date for Counting Duration]
The date of payment for the applicable plan purchased* on or after 9am September 9, 2024
* Includes new purchases, purchases via auto-renewal, and plan upgrades.
[Discount Rate]
- Auto-renewal after 1 year from the start date: 10% discount
- Auto-renewal after 2 years from the start date: 15% discount
- Auto-renewal after 3 or more years from the start date: 20% discount
[Applicable Plans]
Paid plans of Prime and above
[Discount Eligibility]
The discount is automatically applied when paid plan of Prime and above is automatically renewed. No action is required from the customer.
[Conditions]
The customer must continue to be subscribed to one of the applicable plans. If the plan expires or is changed to a non-eligible plan, the discount-eligible duration will be reset.
[How to confirm the discount rate]
After logging in to cryptact, click on “Plan & Billing” You can check the discount rate that will be applied at the time of your next automatic renewal under the section for your current plan.
