As of earlier this morning (JST), June 12, 2025, due to an API connectivity issue on the Fantom, we have confirmed that wallet addresses on the Fantom is currently unable to be synced in cryptact's DeFi feature.
We will provide an update as soon as the wallet address synchronization is restored.
Update as of Tuesday, June 17:
We have confirmed that the synchronization of Fantom has been restored as of today.
However, please note that transactions from around June 12, 2025 onwards are still not reflected at this time.
There is also a possibility that Fantom may completely stop providing transaction history data in the future.
We kindly ask that you initiate the synchronization with Fantom on cryptact as soon as possible to ensure that the most recent transaction history is reflected while data is still available.

*DeFi features on networks other than Fantom are functioning normally.
*The profit and loss calculation feature and the portfolio feature remain available.
