Feature Update

Improvement on Transaction History File Processing in Excel Format

Back to news

Thank you for always using Cryptact.

We would like to inform you that we have completed the following updates on Tuesday, May 16, 2023.

Improvement on transaction history file processing in Excel format

  • Improvement of display of decimal places in volume and price

Previously, when the transaction history file was in Excel format, due to the specifications of Excel, there were cases where the numbers were rounded and a small amount of discrepancy occurred for some customers. To address this, we have improved our processing of the transaction history file to display more detailed numbers that could not be displayed in Excel files.

Example of processing a transaction history file in Excel format:
(Actual transaction value) 1234.56789
(Displayed in Excel file) 1234.57
⇒ In the future, Cryptact will display it as 1234.56789.

Impact on customers

From now on, when uploading a transaction history file in Excel format, all decimal places in quantity and price will be applied. Please note that with this update, the numbers in transaction history uploaded in the past will not be impacted and will not change.
