Update on the fee structure for Asset Management (crypto currency profit and loss calculation service)

Thank you for your continued support for Cryptact.

We would like to inform you of an update to the fee structure of our cryptocurrency ledger and tax related functionality, effective November 1st, 2021.

The changes include the addition of the Premium and VIP plans, and a change in the number of transactions available to the Free plan (from 100 to 50).

In addition we would like to inform you about the introduction of a data retention policy after expiration of paid plans.

When your paid plan expires, you will be unable to view your transaction history and portfolio data. 

30 days after the expiration of your paid plan, your transaction history will be deleted from our servers. This action is irreversible and data will not be able to be restored upon deletion. There will be warnings regarding this action sent to your email before the deletion takes place.

If your data is deleted from our servers and you re-subscribe, you will have to reupload all of your associated transaction data.

Note that if you wish to retain your data on our servers, you will have to subscribe to the Entry plan or higher within 30 days after the expiration date of your subscription.

We have been working hard to retain our ever-growing database of transaction data and dealing with the ever-increasing number of cryptocurrencies, exchanges, and transactions but in light of the higher burden on our services, we have decided to take this action to maintain the current price levels of our existing plans. We thank you for your support and understanding.
